Who is Therapy for?
Most people can benefit from personal therapy no matter what life stage you are at or what social status you are. Personal therapy is for people who want to gain self understanding, deal with past experiences, reduce problematic responses to situations or improve emotional or psychological processes and reactions. Although more women than men seek therapy, men are now getting personal therapists almost as often as women due to awareness raising in our society.
