You don't have to understand psychotherapy to benefit from it. My core training was in Integrative Therapy which means that I am not restricted to one style of therapy but draw upon a blend of the most recognised and accepted therapy styles, techniques, tools and interventions. Integrative Therapists should be able to clearly describe how they work using therapeutic modalities.

Below lists the types of therapeutic modalities, theories, orientations and types of therapy I draw upon.  Some were in my core training and some I have taken further training and qualifications in to be able to provide a wide range of recognised interventions.
