Relationship Therapy for Individuals - Negative Patterns in Relationships

If you find that you are repeatedly getting into relationships which take the same road and end up the same way then therapy may be able to sort out why and intervene with this pattern.  It could be that you seem to end up in relationships with a similar type despite them seeming very different when you met them, or it might seem to pass that what happens in the relationships that seems to end them, seems to boil down to a similar thing.

Sometimes (but not always) this work can be indepth and long term as often the reason behind these dynamics are buried deeply, on the other hand, it can sometimes be an easy solution but this is less common.

Psychotherapy helps you to learn about yourself and why this is happening and how to change things.
